Experience
Mr. Cain has over 28 years experience in the field of real estate. In addition to appraising, Mr. Cain's experience encompasses market analysis, feasibility analysis, property acquisition, financing, leasing, management and marketing.
Mr. Cain specializes in income producing properties and large scale residential projects.
Mr. Cain was the commercial appraiser at Flagler Federal Savings and Loan for six years. Responsibilities included appraising all types of proposed and existing commercial properties and reviewing other commercial and residential appraisals. Prior to that, he was a residential appraiser for six years at Flagler Federal. Currently, Mr. Cain, an independent contractor, provides appraisal services for southeast Florida.
